Shipping Policy | Ride 'n' Roll

Items are packaged at and shipped out of our warehouse in Mermaid Beach, QLD, and standard handling time on orders is 48 hours.

Orders that are suitable for postage with Australia Post are sent with standard shipping, with an ETA of 2-5 days from the date of shipping.

Larger/Bulky items are shipped with a courier service and generally have an expected delivery time of 2-3 days from the date of shipping.

While Ride ‘n’ Roll endeavours to keep all products available and in stock, ready for shipping, there will be times when products are out of stock. Customers will be notified in a weekly email regarding expected ETAs for back-ordered products. If you’re concerned about whether a product is in stock or not, please check with us prior to ordering

I would like to give a big shout out to Dave and Ride N Roll. My teenage daughter bought a brand new Ace E-bike from Dave, working for months at Maccas to save up. Unfortunately crashed it due to someone releasing the front quick release (make sure you zip tie the front wheel). She was so gutted but took the bike back to Dave who went out of his way to get the bike back to brand spanking new at very little cost because he knew how hard she had worked to buy it in the first place.
